This tour lasts five days.

The Winter Special itinerary is designed for you to enjoy the Icelandic winter. The main focus is on visiting beautiful sites, participating in fun winter activities and enjoying great Northern Lights experiences during your stay. To maximize your chances of seeing the Aurora Borealis we visit the Aurora Basecamp Northern Lights Observatory and stay at a country hotel where the location and dark surroundings maximize the chances of a memorable Northern Lights experience.

  • Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. We suggest wearing three layers, with wool as the first layer. Bring good gloves, wool socks, and a warm hat.
  • Day 1

    Arrival. Private pickup at KEF international airport and transfer to Reykjavik city. Afternoon in Reykjavik with your guide and visit the Aurora Basecamp Northern Lights Observatory in the evening.

  • Day 2

    Explore the Golden Circle and take a snowmobile tour on Iceland's second-largest glacier, Langjökull.

  • Day 3

    Experience the South Coast with your guide and stop at all the beautiful locations you've been dreaming of seeing. Main stops are Seljalandsfoss waterfall, Reynisfjara black beach and Vik village. Northern Lights and Star gazing from hotel in the evening if conditions are right.

  • Day 4

    Learn about Iceland´s volcanic activity as you visit the Lava Tunnel. The dormant tube shows off all its beautiful colors as you walk through with your expert guide. In the afternoon you will relax and unwind as you soak in the Blue Lagoon.

    Private transfer to KEF international airport. Departure.
